Emily Puhala
Emily Puhala came to Coastal Children’s Advocacy Center in April 2016 after almost 10 years at the District Attorney's Office handling child abuse cases. She holds Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Anthropology from the University of Kansas and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia. Emily is a certified Forensic Interviewer at CCAC, conducting child abuse–related interviews for alleged victims of child abuse ages two to eighteen years who have been referred by law enforcement, the Department of Family and Children Services, and other child advocacy centers. She also participates in the Chatham County Multi-Disciplinary Team, which includes law enforcement, the Department of Family and Children Services, the District Attorney’s Office, Mary's Place, and Memorial Children’s Hospital of Savannah.

Emily enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
